1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RTIHub website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
RTIHub provides a platform to assist citizens in drafting and filing Right to Information (RTI) applications in India. We do not act as your attorney and our assistance does not constitute legal advice. We act strictly as an administrative facilitator.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process.
- You are solely responsible for verifying the details of the RTI draft before final submission.
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
RTIHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services. We do not guarantee the success or response time of any RTI application filed using our drafts, as this is solely dependent on the respective government departments.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
